A: Contact the circuit clerk of the county where you paid it. They are the agency that reports cases to the Secretary of State.

A: You can verify it was paid with the Clerk of the Court where the ticket is assigned. Bring your proof of payment (i.e. receipt) to avoid issues. It may not show up with the Secretary of State because it hasn't been reported yet or maybe it fell between the cracks and will never show up.
