Q: Can I as a noncustodial father refuse to give my child back to his u got mother for violation of our joint custody?

She’s no longer sending him no school, don’t know where they live, refused to let me speak to them until visitation in 2 weeks.

A: You need to hire an attorney. You can't just refuse to give the child back. If she is in contempt, you have to handle it the legal way.

A: Regina is right, you need to hire an attorney and do so quickly. You may want to file for a modification of custody if your child isn't going to school and you don't know where they live.
