Q: I currently have my daughter and trying to file for full custody if mother Does not show up to court what happens?

Back in 2016 we got a divorce I was never notified of this so my ex wife now was named custodial parent well things have changed a year ago my ex wife dropped our daughter off to me said she could not do it anymore wrote a paper out and had it notarized in front of a notarypublic that she wants to give up all rights to our daughter to me i signed it and so did she my question is they tried to find my ex wife to serve court papers and they can not find her neither can I she just took off we think she left the state well they gave me a court date next month anyways will they grant me my full custody or what will happen? I'm also going to get child support dropped to
