Q: I filed for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and the Creditors objected to it because I had a Parent PLUS loan for my daughter .
I filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy and the creditors objected because I had a Parent Plus loan that I had for my daughter in college.( They thought I lied to them) Honest mistake ! So now the creditors want me to sell my home in the next six months or face Sheriff's sale. In the meantime I was offered a job paying three times what I am making now. Is there any way to save my home ? My lawyer hasn't given me a straight answer !
