Sorry, not really sure what you are asking as your question lacks a lot of details.
If the client will not acknowledge receipt of the documents you can put a cover letter with the documents that you sign indicating that you delivered the same to the client on a date certain. ie: you document the clients file with the fact that you returned a stated set of documents.
