Q: Can a landlord, steal everything out of your rental And move someone else in during that same 2 days?

Long story short. When he realized i not only was bad sick from the black mold and needed him to help get me out of there, he tried scaring us and intimidating us with his friends. Ive got pics and videos of the infestation. Ive got him on phone recording talking with my fiance and at first hed say oh didnt know about the mold and then well i came to put clorox on it yesterday. And hes on there saying he'd give us 200 dollars to go to a hotel and he did. Everything we owned from my tvs, bed, clothes, dish tv receivers, enormous amounts of valuble things, literally everything we owned. He stole what he wanted and left what he didnt in the trailer. He knew we were coming on the 8th of jan cause we told him we would be there. When we left on jan 5th, he cancelled our electric that day and moved another couple with a baby in.. And they now have whats left in the trailer, that was ours.. My breathing equipment, insulin, all gone. They pulled guns on us. I live in winston salem now. Help me

A: This is a criminal law matter. I do not handle that type of case. You need to call the police and make a complaint. Good luck.
