Q: Can NYPD Traffic agent, not a police officer just someone who's job is to give tickets get out his car and give u a tick
So i was waiting for my wife to get out the house. I was illegally double parked, but i was there just for an instance. I saw the traffic agent, not a even a police officer get out his car trying to give me a ticket. I was sitting in the driver seat, why would he even try? Just asking can they do that? I thought it was illegal and unsafe for them to get near someone and try to give anticket to.
