A: I am sorry to hear about your injuries. I highly recommend you continue getting the treatment you need, and consult with an attorney individually as soon as possible. You will not be taken seriously by the bus company until you do, trust me I have represented multiple clients in very similar situations. A knowledgeable attorney will assist you in all aspects of the recovery process, and will ensure you maximize your recovery.

In addition, many of us offer free consultations and will represent you on a contingent basis, so it will not cost you anything out of pocket to obtain the representation and guidance of an experienced professional who handles these cases for a living. Also, I recommend refraining from speaking to the bus company until you speak with us, as they will only use your words against you.
