Q: What are my childs fathers rights if we are non married but he is on her birth certificate
My childs father is using as well as his girlfriend. they are unstable and she neglects her own child. I do not want to subject my daughter to that environment. So legally am i allowed to hold her from him? I am the mother & he is on the birth certificate but we are non married.
A: You don't have to let him see her unless and until there is a court order saying that you must.
