Q: Can I get an eviction or eviction expunged through the courts and what I ever be able to rent another apartment

My question is I just recently got evicted from an apartment and I am looking to move I am with the debt went into collections and I paid it off but when it's showing on my report and and it being reason I went to a realtor and they said that would it be in recent it's going to be hard to find a place to stay or that will accept us me and my wife so I want to know if I could get the files expunged please help

A: Likely no, at least not that I have heard of. Expungement is typically as to a criminal charge not a civil charge.

A: There is no way to expunge something in a civil case. This is why not letting eviction even get filed is so importannt.
