Q: I had my son until he was 10 and he decided to go live with his dad and I left him go

Now he wants to Come back and there is no court order stating he has to stay at his dads can I keep him and not get in trouble

A: Based on your question the child does not have the right to decide where he or she lives, if you agreed to it and the is no court order in place then the parties are free to change minds and negotiate other arrangements. If no agreement cam be reached them it defaults back to the original order, what ever that says until a new one supersedes it.
