Q: Can I get custody of my kids because the mother does not have a stable home and is in a relationship with a prisoner

She bounces from my sisters to a old Work friend she would bring them back to my sisters very dirty and has started a relationship with a 38 year old prisoner when she is just 22 age may not matter but she thinks the kids will be okay being around a guy that has been in trouble for drugs and burglary this guy is the son of the woman she bounces back in forth with which she has spent time in jail for drugs another thing ithe reason we broke up is she caught a std which split are family up I live with my Mom Since it all has happen and I have a full time job when she has a part time job I think it’s for the kids best interest to live with me
