Q: if My daughters father don’t like the minimum 25% can he take me to court to have it lowered ?
I requested a modification and he got a letter saying they were taking 25% of his income but he stated he was going to contest the 25% which is the minimum for one child. He stated he did not think it was fair because th amount was more than what he wanted. Would a judge lower th minimum? Could a lawyer fight the minimum?
