Q: Is Assault 2-Drugging Victim classified as a crime of violence or is it per say not a crime of violence
I am just trying to see where I can find out what the meaning of that charge is. We were told that this charge was not considered a crime of violence and I ma just trying to et that in writing. I am not sure if I need to go to a law library or how I can get the information that I am seeking.
A: 2nd Degree Assault- Drugging is not a crime of violence. You can see this in Colorado Revised Statutes 18-3-203.
