A: It sounds like you need to blow the whistle on Kaiser for placing your brother in such a place. It is unconscionable that they should do so. You and your sister need to get together and decide what is best for your brother and then take the proper steps to get him and make sure he is taken care of properly. You can start by contacting the San Bernardino county welfare office and asking for a social worker to go and look in on your brother. You and your sister should be able to take care of things from there. If you need help, look for attorneys who help the disabled.
