Q: Withdrawal my Passport while my case under administrative processing ( VISA V92 based on I-730 )?

I did my interview on 2nd of Jan and till now my case under administrative processing ( V92 based on I-730 ) at Cairo embassy

and i ask my consular staff to request back my passport to travel outside Egypt for short time and back again and consular staff reply to me with " we will send your passport to you ASAP " and i ask again if any risk about my approval or processing time and consular staff reply with ( when your case status ready we will contact your to send your passport again to us "

My question is there are any risk of that about processing time ??
