Q: Snow caused me to crash my vehicle no other cars were involved no property damage! Officer didn't give citation at scene
But did get one in the mail stating failed to drive in single lane and movement from lane wasn't made safely. Is this proper action of PA state police?
A: They can mail you a citation. You can fight it by pleading not guilty. You need to explain your speed, that you had slowed for snow, etc. Problem is you did go off the road so something was more slippery than it seems.
