Q: witness subpoena in Mississippi

I have been subpoenaed as a witness in an upcoming case against an individual in Biloxi, MS. Ironically, my husband and I had just returned from the police station where we signed a warrant on the same individual about 30 minutes prior to getting that days mail. Since the individual was responsible for multiple things, how do I get more details to organize proper documentation to bring or is this stage just oral testimony? I suspect since it is listed as "city of vs" this may be the individual operating as licensed and insured contractor when he was not, but I am not certain.

A: Unless the party issuing the subpoena notifies you otherwise, there is a good chance that it is just to appear and offer oral testimony on whatever the legal matter may be.
