Q: Mother's cremains

Ok I have the death certificate with me stating I am the person to be in control of my mother's ashes and I did receive them but after a month I found out my sister threw our mother's estates in to probate so after along period of being told I had to move from my mom's home that i lived in for 25 years and basically spent money I got from moms 401k to paint & do all landscaping so then the Attorney got Powers to be administrator and so she file harassment charge against me so that she can gain control over mother's estates anyway I did get arrested and my (mother's ashes were taken from me and now everything has been a bit stressful and unethical by them taking mother's ashes away from the place were there are other ashes so basically this lawyer has caused alot of emotional stress)
