I ask for help and he refuses to help on several several occasions and he refuses to help with extra curricular activity fees just anything i beg him to just visit to no avail and ive had to pay him in the past just to get help for an hour or so he makes way more money now and still wont help
A: It's not very likely that you can get a CS modification for these reasons. CS and visitation are not inter-related.
