Q: My ex was paid all income for 7 yrs from co owned condo / hotel rental agreement/title is in both names. How to recover $

When I left my ex fiance' ( after open heart surgery and strokes) I left $40-$70 in our joint accounts to pay any costs incurred from condo. 7 yrs later I'm totally disable and need to stay in condo. Ex claimed all along the condo was costing him. I knew I left money in our (still) joint account to pay and also knew he'd be first to ask for a check if there wasn't enough money.

I found out through the mgmt company they "chose" to make all checks out to "him" alone. The new mgmt. was red faced and couldn't find any of the supporting docs to justify the action.

If the rental contract was in both he AND mine- how do I recover from the mgmt company for diverting my funds to a guy they liked instead? Regardless of what my ex said he used the funds to pay- that is between me and my ex.

The CONTRACT to rent, collect and pay was between the mgmt company and me ( then also him).

Additionally, he forced the sale, and wants to give me basically nothing. $250k condo.
