Asked in Copyright, International Law and Trademark

Q: A guy whose photo I reblogged ,accidently deleting the credits, told me to either delete it or see him at the court.

He gave me two messages on tumblr, because that is where it happened and I hadn't got enough time to tell him that I deleted it,and I couldn't reach him. I don't know how to deal with this. And to detail it more about the app itself, when I say I reblogged his photo ,I say that his blog was still visible there as the source ,it just didn't contained the description where he gave his name and the title.I couldn't contact him afterwards because he blocked me on the app, although I deleted the picture right away.

A: It might be wise to retain counsel to find his snail mail address and write to him.
