Levittown, NY asked in Estate Planning and Probate for Pennsylvania

Q: I’m co-administrator of an Estate with my sister. She basically has gone out of her way to derail the whole process at

every turn. I thought we were near an end, but now she is refusing to take ownership of an account with Pods. The estate is paying to store her belongings. She stopped reimbursing the estate and refuses to send payment information to Pods. This is the only thing left. the account isn’t in her name, (it’s in my wife’s name, we were in a bind and someone had to open the account. My lawyer seems to think I need my sister’s written consent to junk what’s in the Pod. I disagree, being that the account is in my wife’s name, and my sister has signed transfer forms, but refuses to pay. This issue with the Pod has been going on since last August. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
