Q: Hello, I hope you can help me.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought car from Honda dealership its Honda Civic 2017.

Car has all safety features including auto stop system and many more safety feature. I was driving 25-30 km/h in estate when dog ran out on road. Sensors didn't work so car didn't stop automaticly , avoiding collisions I drove on safety island in middle of road on wich were placed road signs. Due to lane assistance sensors wich found lanes on other side of road cars steering wheel automatically started to drag me to other side of road causing car to hit road signs.Due to sensor not working the way they should car has big damage. Honda is telling me its my fault.Anything I can do to get compensation or is it my fault?

A: First insurance should cover the damage. Any extra, make a claim on Honda for that. Short answer is you should have turned off the car.
