She bought items then stole less than $100 worth of merchandise . The police said the store, a makeup store at Perimeter Mall, will definitely prosecute. She will stay in jail for3 days since I’m not bonding her out. Will she qualify for a diversion program? How do I prepare for court in 3 days?
