Q: Rented mobile home in October since then

Rented mobile home in October since then my tenants have been late on rent, they have been late on paying light bills, they still haven’t turned power into their name. They moved someone else in the House didn’t tell me till April 4th and I told them they violated lease and need to get out they then said they will look for a place. Then I went to power company they gave them a 5 day notice to put lights in their name they never did now trying to sue me and refusin to leave. Need advice on what to do the man is on disability and his wife or son that’s moved in doesn’t work

A: If the tenants have breached the lease then you need to provide proper notice to quit, in writing, pursuant to your lease and/or statute. Following that, you would be required to file a detainer warrant for an eviction for a judgment of possession. If you have been sued, consult counsel to determine your options.
