Q: My wife was in hospital and was released and the next day I was told by the landlord that he had contractors on the way
I told him that it was not a good day because wife was just got out of hospital and I needed 24 hours notice. I was told that was to bad they were on their way. I called police and they came and I asked them to tell the landlord what the law was. Two days later I was given a paper telling me to vacate the premises within 30 days.Is this legal and do I have any recourse
