Q: We were leaving our house, notice to cars sitting on the road, at the end of our driveway talking. We got in the car my

Put the car in reverse and hit the woman cuz she pulled in right behind us. We have like an acre in our front yard she pulled into the middle of our front yard and just passed us so when he backed up he couldn't see her and hit her on her passenger side. She said she saw us backing up and hit the horn but neither of us heard the horn and again she parked right behind us are we at fault?
