Q: my teen daughter's father trying to get emergency custody after I sent her there a few days when I found her drugs.

I am sole custodian and he hasn't been involved in years. Now I asked for help with her and they are trying to take her. I am scared because her actions, which I am addressing with a juvenile worker at the court house. Also I do have a live in boyfriend and I am told that does not look good for me. do I need to make him move?

A: If you are the sole custodian, take your custody order and go get her wherever she is immediately. Then File s motion in your divorce case to suspend his visitation. Once you get her back, do not let her go back to him until after you go back to court in your divorce case.
