Steubenville, OH asked in Criminal Law and Federal Crimes for Ohio

Q: Say someone used a debit card that wasn't theirs. The person who owns it wants to drop charges but the bank file also

The person who owns the card doesn't want to press charges. But the bank filed charges so the person could get the money back. This was 3 years ago but there is a warrant for said persons arrest. But since has had a medically handicapped child. What would happen if caught or turned their self in?

A: If this person was caught or turned himself in, he would be booked and processed, a court date would be set, and he would either make bail or sit around in the jail until that date.
