Q: i am pregnant for 8 months a dog belong to another person suddenly attacked and pushed me? can i sue that owner

i am pregnant for 8 months when i was standing in queue to buy a ice cream a dog which belong to a person before me suddenly attacked me and pushed me and i was not able to stop shivering and also got some abdominal pain for few hours.the dog owner didn't bother to ask sorry .can i sue her?

A: Yes, but unless you were in fact injured what you get may not be worth the cost of the suit. However your medical bills would be an item of damage you could recover.
