Q: Is Ex entitled to any of my medical malpractice settlement?
Divorced in Sept of 2017....previously filed a medical malpractice suit in 2014...I am the injured party...ex was named as co-plaintiff as we were still married at the time of filing....now that we're divorced is he entitled to any of my settlement?
