Q: My wife ran off with my Son, and will not communicate with me, I found out where she is, should I come with the cops

My wife doesn't have any income, I want to make sure my son is getting proper care, I need to know his well being

A: You do not mention how old your son is. If you are married and there is nothing pending in court then you have equal rights to your son. If you involve the police they will not be able to say that either one of you has superior rights. It might be better to seek legal intervention in family court.

A: The police will not do anything for you. You will have to go into court and file an Emergency Motion for Pick-up Order. Good luck.
