Q: Iam dogsitting while owner is out country, spca wants to fine me even though the dog is licensed in another city
Does is current on rabies and shots and is nuetered and 10yrs old i dont have any kf his paper work as i can't get ahold of owner his dog tags have all info from nearby city of license number and rabie verificiation
