Gulfport, MS asked in Family Law for Louisiana

Q: I have joint custody with my ex husband and domicilliary rights over our 13 year old daughter. The Stipulated Judgment

Was granted and signed in Louisiana. My daughter and i moved to MS where shes been soley living with me (her mother) for over a year. I took her to see him and stayed a few nights with her father. While i was in the garage smoking he pointed a gun at me and pulled the trigger. It was empty. I wasnt aware of that and was on the phone with a friend that called the police and my ex was arrested for domestic assult. But the house is in his name. So je went to jail and my daughter asked if she could stay with my 18 year old son for a few days. While i had to leave the property. I figured that after a few days i would get my nephew to pick her up for me as to not break the protective order. The police seized my phone my daughters and my exs phone. I bought another phone and tried to call my so and other of his relatives to check on my daughter. No one will let me talk to her or tell me where she is. I called the police to do a wellness check and they all were gone. How do i get her back.
