Rock Island, TN asked in Family Law for Tennessee

Q: Husband is filing for divorce and wants me to sign ownership of our home over to our adult children. Should I?

My husband and I are separated. I ran up credit card debt multiple times and lied about it. He is a verbally abusive alcoholic. I got tired of arguing and left the home. He paid for our home and is now wanting me to sign ownership over to our 2 adult children, one of whom lives there with my husband. Should I? This is going to get ugly. The sell of our home would be the only way to get any kind of settlement.
