Mechanicsburg, PA asked in Criminal Law, Employment Law, Family Law and Personal Injury for Pennsylvania

Q: I had a parent complaint at age 35 and they are citing PTSD from the Virginia Tech massacre, almost a decade. 305 level.

They are calling basic facts about my life delusion from public service, to the danger of public service, to my small businesses when I was minor claiming my parents must have lied about me when I was a minor since I had no mental health history, to living with a doctor's family and them wanting an independent doctor to dispute their claims I assert are false not just written statements of fact disputes to prove. They are forcing treatment, forcing me to stay in the USA, forcing disability while the disability office doesn't believe their disabling claim.

I am interested in legal assistance and wasn't sure what way to best phrase the question. It was a November 2017 parent complaint with my parents claiming I had PTSD from the Virginia Tech massacre when there was a home escalation. The police who almost tasered took me to the hospital where they kept for months on end, gave my belongings to my parents to secure, assigned a social worker, my parents gave conditions for discharge.

A: I'm sorry but your question isn't very clear to me. I suspect that you either need to be speaking with an employment attorney or general litigation/personal injury attorney, depending on your goals. Your question unfortunately ended up going out to the family law lawyers.
