Los Angeles, CA asked in Personal Injury for California

Q: I was brutally beaten by. 3 Stater Bro's employees as they Were kicking me out. Of the store, with FALSE accusation

I had been somewhat buzzed but was not out of conduct or accting irrational, i was next in line to pay for evrything I grabbed in the store, including a cooked chicken package that I had took a bite out of while in store shopping, before I was even given the chance to pay, I was pulled away from line, I didn't even put a fight or verberly attack anyone, they humiliated me and physically abused me with great vicious cruelty. Is it possible somehow the law can make justice in my defense? I was picked up by paramedics and had 17 stiches on my face, and two nose fractures, I feel that was just so wrong,

A: If you are injured, an attorney may want to take a look at this. If it is only your pride, it's not worth it.

A: Yes. the first thing you have to do is call the police and file a report for the harm they all caused you. Then, file a temporary restraining order against all the aggressors. The police should help you with that. Make sure you get your medical record, have witnesses write statements, file a complaint letter with the store management and look for a personal injury lawyer in your area.
