My exhusband's lawyer has requested a rescheduling of hearing twice now, and then I just received this UMC hearing - which is Thursday of this week in Florida - I live in Maine - is it necessary for me to attend. I have filed an objection to the hearing rescheduling. - But asides from being notified that my objection was filed, I ave not heard anything.

A: If you are not represented by an attorney it is important that you communicate with the judicial assistant and/or the attorney on the other side about what is happening with the case, including scheduling issues.
