Ocala, FL asked in Bankruptcy for Florida

Q: How do you file bankruptcy if you have more than one social security number? ID was stole and was stalked.

End up being issued three socials; some creditors changed to new social and some didn't and I kept the accounts open, after making sure the ex-husband could not find me or gain asset to my information. I was paying fine until a couple of months ago and now I am no longer able to work, so cannot pay.

A: Yes, if you hire a bankruptcy lawyer, he or she shouldn't have much difficulty in filing a bankruptcy petition for you. The three Social Security numbers would have to be explained, but that shouldn't be too difficult. What fine were you paying?

A: You simply include and explain all three SSNs in your petition, along with ALL debts incurred under the three SSNs.
