Q: Im in AZ, and my son in P.A got him for this summer, found out his living conditions are horrible,can i get emerg cus

i sent my oldest son to fly back to get him in pennsylvania, and fly back to arizonia, he called with concern and took pics, the home is so so horrible and he is living in filth, like a horders home with his aunt who i have shared legal custody with as well as i have partial physical custody with. health wise this is not good at all!!!!!! this is the second summer with me, last time they brought him out here. i just got this custody bit in sep 2017. also she is already trying to violate court order as he has to be home 7 days before his school day, he starts in sep as i called his school and printed a calender, she dose not know about this, but she is saying he starts the 23rd of aug so she is lying also about this, took him to breakfast with my other 3 kids and he ate so fast and stated he only gets cereal and raviolies, or fast food. i want what is best for him is my biggest concern,

A: If there's a Pennsylvania custody order, and the child is residing mostly in Pennsylvania, then any modification of that order should occur in Pennsylvania. Yes, you can file to modify it. Yes, you can ask the court to expedite your request on an emergency basis. And you should do so ASAP if you want any chance of getting things changed in time to enroll him in school in Arizona.
