Canton, TX asked in Criminal Law and Family Law for Texas

Q: Ok CPS placed my children in a dangerous home! Now, all 3 of my children have done numerous outcries.....

The male occupant wasn't properly investigated on his background!!! He has something important enough to have an emergency removal done on Dec 22 2017. I've got and never lost custody of all 3 children in my custody and EXTREMELY safe again! Now my children are mentally affected and they have revealed to cac interviewers, myself, and these people are still free as for my children and myself we have to basically hide to avoid the individuals... I've had terroristic threats on my life. Of course with a paper trail... And if my children are living in fear it's not fair that the suspects walk free!?????
