Q: Kids dad been on child support since 2012 after child support increase 3 days later dad applied for custody using drugs
Now dad is saying b/c I tested positive for thc I have to be on supervised visitation. Went to judge office staff said if judge didn’t order don’t worry. But he won’t give me my kids what can I do??
A: If you have a judgment giving you domiciliary custody of the kids, you can have the local law enforcement help you recover the children.
