Q: I have a cs order. NCS HAS only paid 2 payments and he is currently behind 6 months. Turned over to DCSS.
The final order states all arrears should be paid with in 60 days. The 60 days have come and gone. DCSS isn't enforcing the order. NCS HAS been locked up for violation of restraining order with his current wife. I have given DCSS his address and all the info when he gets locked up so he can be served. DCSS is telling me they aren't enforcing the arrears paid by 60 days even though that's what the order says. Why have they not pulled his dl or done any enforcement? What options do I have?
