Q: If my mother refused care then called the cops for me leaving what would happen

She told me I wasn’t allowed to eat her food,use her water, I had to get a new car even though one was already bought for me, and she’s refusing to pay for my schooling all because my friend bought me and my siblings food because there is no food here
