Q: A car lender sues me after reposes my car. They want me to pay the defficiency pay. I need a lawyer . i dont need to pay

i paid all the monthly dues for the time being i have the car. They reposes my car and resold it for 14k now they want me to pay for the defficiency difference of 11k .The reason why they reposes my car i dont have any money to continue paying my monthy i lost my job for 1yr and half . i have a lawsuit and the deadline is thisJuly 24. i have only 3 days left. I need help I dont know what to do

A: I don't know what your defense would be. Being unemployed doesn't relieve you from your debts. It sounds like bankruptcy might be an option. Get a consultation from a bankruptcy attorney about your possible rights.
