A: You can ask for their insurance information. They may have medical payments coverage for persons injured on their premises, which would apply regardless of fault. It is far from certain that a nick during a haircut is negligence. Such things are relatively common. If the hairdresser refuses, you can sue in Small Claims for negligence. You could potentially recover for medical expenses, wage loss and pain and suffering. Or, you could just submit the expenses for your blood tests to your health insurance and pay the co-pay.

A: I NEED MORE INFO.........DID HAIRDRESSER SAY YOU MOVED?

DID YOU MAKE REPORT TO HAIRDRESSER?

ASK FOR THEIR INSURANCE? MOST COMMERCIAL POLICIES HAVE MED PAY THAT WILL PAY BILLS UP TO A LIMITED AMOUNT

IF THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE OR INS WILL NOT PAY, SEND LETTER MEMORIALIZING ALL THE FACTS AND GIVE THEM 10 DAYS TO RESPOND AND WHEN THEY DO NOT, THEN FILE IN SMALL CLAIMS.

IT COSTS LESS THAN $100 AND YOU GET TO COURT IN A MONTH OR TWO
