A: You may get that offer eventually with a hard working attorney on your side, but most likely not on the first court date (but it all depends on the case). I suggest retaining an experienced criminal defense attorney for proper representation.

A: Do you have a record? What is the venue. I assume you were given a DAT if arraignment has not yet occurred. I can generally get these ACD’ed, if not at the arraignment, at the first AP hearing assuming you have no significant record and it is not in a bad venue.

Text “legal inquiry” to 914-912-1555 and an experienced criminal attorney (probably me) will get back to you ASAP for a free consult. You may also contact us via our website at AG3LAW.com

Rates are $180/hr for atty and $65 for paralegal; $620 retainer upfront. Free consult.

Hope this helps or we can further assist
