A: Any clause of the Caddo Parish Judgment not specifically vacated or modified by the Orleans Judgment is still a valid court order. For instance if the Caddo Judgment specified holiday visitation and the Orleans Judgment specifies child support, the Caddo Judgment is still valid as to holiday visitation. But if the Caddo Judgment specified Thanksgiving Christmas, New Years, Mardi Gras & Easter but the Orleans judgment only specifies Thanksgiving, Christmas, & Easter, then New Years and Mardi Gras visitation no longer exists.
