Q: What do i do if i have pc836 showing up when police run my name?

I had an active arrest warrant but it was recalled. Now police show me having a pc 836 for a pc 459 when my name is ran. Does this apply to all. Citys and countys of my state or just the city the crime occured in ? What i want to know is will i be arrested once i come into contact with law enforcement ?
